We have a full selection of delicious steaks, roasts, and miscellaneous cuts of beef.
Our beef is born and raised to market right here on the farm. It is grass feed on our own pastures in the spring and summer. The animals are hay fed, from grass from our own fields, through the fall and winter. The animals are happier and healthier being grass fed in open pastures.
We have chosen this type of farming because it is more environmentally friendly, more humane for the animals, and also healthier for the consumer.
